By using the best of what nature can offer right now and the creativity of our team we have prepared a brand new dishes that will surprise you with the variety of flavours and aromas.
To start, you may like to try our Fillet of beef Carpaccio with mustard sauce, rukola and cappers.
For those who love soups we have prepared delicious Salmon, saffron and lemon soup served with fenner and celery.
A new feature in our menu is also a Saddle of venison served with mushroom ragu, roasted parsnip puree and a red wine & shallot sauce.
For dessert we recommend Madagascan vanilla Crème brûlée and our famous Apple Pie baked according to a secret recipe.
And for our youngest customers we have created, among other things Breaded chicken filet served with a mixed salad and French fries.
