Here are some of the new dishes, composed by our head chef, that you can find in our menu:
~ Cream of asparagus soup with fennel & tarragon and served with a ricotta crostini
~ Guinea fowl fillet stuffed with hazelnut & dates, served with grilled asparagus, broad beans, carrot purée, jus de roti and roasted new potatoes
~ Asparagus & broad bean risotto with goat’s cheese, drizzled with truffle-infused olive oil
~ Pancakes filled with fresh strawberries served with whipped cream and Brasserie 27’s homemade vanilla ice cream
