Here are some of the new dishes, composed by our head chef, that you can find in our menu:
- Asparagus Salad served with bacon, hard-boiled egg, mixed salad and vinegrette dressing
- Asparagus Soup with croutons and truffle oil
- Asparagus A’La Florentine served with spinach, poached egg and melted 24 month old Parmegiano Reggiano cheese and hollandaise sauce
- Mustard and honey glazed grilled Salmon with quinoa and asparagus served with hollandaise sauce or melted lemon butter
- Slow cooked Beef Cheeks with red wine jus, asparagus, new potatoes served with hollandaise sauce or melted lemon butter
